- Commercial invoice and detailed packing list per truckload
- Certificate of recovery confirming the material is non-hazardous recyclable scrap
- Carrier code, PARS / PAPS barcodes, and bill of lading for the crossing
- Customs broker coordination on both sides of the border
What the Shipper Provides
- Accurate material description and net weight before pickup
- Confirmation the load is clean, dry, and free of prohibited contaminants
- Plant address, contact, and any facility-specific dock hours or appointment rules
Prohibited at the Border
- Mixed or unidentified polymer loads without a grade declaration
- Material with food, chemical, or hazardous residue
- Any shipment that cannot be certified for 100% landfill diversion
