Documentation We Prepare

Commercial invoice and detailed packing list per truckload
Certificate of recovery confirming the material is non-hazardous recyclable scrap
Carrier code, PARS / PAPS barcodes, and bill of lading for the crossing
Customs broker coordination on both sides of the border

What the Shipper Provides

Accurate material description and net weight before pickup
Confirmation the load is clean, dry, and free of prohibited contaminants
Plant address, contact, and any facility-specific dock hours or appointment rules
Material staged and ready for tractor-trailer loading at your shipping dock (EXW)

Prohibited at the Border

Mixed or unidentified polymer loads without a grade declaration
Material with food, chemical, or hazardous residue
Any shipment that cannot be certified for 100% landfill diversion
